Who is responsible
Ace Designs by Mide is Olumide’s personal portfolio. For questions about this notice or your personal information, email acedesignsbymide@gmail.com.
Information you choose to provide
This website has no contact form, account or newsletter. If you contact me by email, telephone, WhatsApp or a linked social platform, I may receive your name, contact details, message, attachments and any project information you choose to send.
Those external services process information under their own privacy notices. Do not send confidential, sensitive or unnecessary personal information in an initial enquiry.
Technical information
The hosting and security services used to deliver the website may process standard request information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp and security events. This portfolio does not currently add analytics, advertising pixels or behavioural tracking.
Why information is used
Information may be used to:
- respond to an enquiry and discuss a possible project;
- provide requested services and maintain business records;
- keep the website and communications secure; and
- meet legal, accounting or regulatory responsibilities.
Depending on the situation, the lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation, or legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating a secure design practice.
Sharing and international processing
I do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by providers that support website hosting, security, email and communications, or by professional advisers where necessary. Some providers may process information outside the UK; where that happens, their applicable transfer safeguards and terms apply.
How long information is kept
Enquiry and project communications are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting requirements. Irrelevant or unnecessary information may be removed sooner.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your information, obtain a portable copy, and object to certain processing. Email me to make a request. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (opens in a new tab).
Changes to this notice
This notice will be updated before any materially different collection or use of personal information begins. The date above shows the current version.
