IME Assets
A clearer digital and film experience for communicating infrastructure capability at scale.
case study

The project
Infrastructure Management Express needed to make the scale and complexity of its work legible to partners, government stakeholders and prospective clients across both a corporate website and a promotional film.
My contribution
I worked across the digital strategy, website design and development, and promotional film—translating a complex operational story into a clear stakeholder experience.
01 / Client need
What the client needed.
IME needed a digital presence that could communicate operational depth without overwhelming the people assessing its capability, alongside a film suited to high-level stakeholder conversations.
A list of infrastructure services would not be enough. The experience needed to show capacity, evidence and scale while giving different audiences a direct route to the information they valued.

02 / My response
What I delivered through Velra (opens in a new tab).
I structured the website around clear service narratives, project evidence and stakeholder priorities, then extended the same story into film so both formats felt like parts of one communication system.
A confident corporate hierarchy, strong project imagery and restrained motion gave the work authority. Operational footage and aerial perspectives helped the film make scale tangible.

03 / Outcome
What changed.
The joined-up website and film gave IME a clearer way to present its expertise, strengthening the organisation’s authority and supporting more focused conversations with partners and stakeholders.
